How do I get a certificate?
Getting certified by LogicZap is not as hard as you think, as long as you know the language. To receive your own verified certificate you must pass the language test of your choice with an 80% or higher. Once you pass the examination you will be prompted with a payment form where you must pay your examination fee. You will receive a certificate with your name on it along with a unique identification number.

How many times may I take an exam?
You may attempt or view each exam only one time within a 24 hour period. Our system will reject a test if a user entered is associated with a failing or viewed test that was entered in the past 24 hours (1 full day). Make sure you study for a test and you know the material well before attempting to take the examination. We do this verification to make sure that the only individuals who receive a certificate know the respected language.

How long does it take to get my certificate?
Regardless of your purchase choice, you will receive a high quality digital certificate sent to your email immediately after cleared payment. Framed certificates are shipped for free within 7 days via USPS priority mail to customers living in the United States only.

If I order a digital certificate can I print it myself?
We absolutely recommend printing a digital certificate with your own printer. It saves you money and saves us time. Since each certificate has it's own unique id number you'll know your certificate is authentic. We offer the other option for those of you who want your framed certificate printed on premium paper with high quality colored ink and authentic signatures.

What are the dimensions of my digital certificate?
Digital certificates are 792 pixels wide by 612 pixels in height. In practical dimensions this equates to 11 inches wide by 8.5 inches in height. Perfect for printing a certificate on a standard sheet of paper.

I lost my certificate, can I get a new one?
Of course! You don't need to ask us. Each certificate we issue is permanently stored on our server. Whenever a ID is verified the matching certificate also appears on screen. If you need another certificate simply verify your ID number on our website. If you need another framed certificate issued please contact us.

How do I pay for my certificate?
We currently use paypal as a payment gateway for monetary transactions. You are not required to have a paypal account in order to purchase a certificate - simply press the "Don't have a PayPal account? Use your credit card or bank account (where available)" link when purchasing. We accept all major credit cards, paypal balances, and bank transfers.
